Mattel’s Pictionary advertising suggests simple and quick is better than detailed and slow..

The Pictionary board game is not won by the one that draws best, it’s won by the one that draws quickest! This was very effectively demonstrated in a nice print ad series Mattel ran, featuring work of Malaysian comics illustrator Milx, showing a very advanced looking jet fighter, a very detailed looking superhero character and a impresively stylized T-Rex dinosaur getting defeated by very simply drawn characters.

One of the few times quick is better than slow..?
